    晚餐集锦

    挑战草莓芝士派～～～

    第一次制作不用蛋糕粉的蛋糕，即自己从基本原料做起，包办全部过程，调味也由自己控制。因为把烤好的派忘在了烤箱里，边儿上有点儿糊了，其它部分还是挺好的 ：）
     
    菜谱如下，偷懒不翻译了：

    Ingredients:

    • 1 prepared 9-inch (6 ounces) graham cracker crumb crust
    • 2/3 cup (5 fluid-ounce can) Fat Free Milk
    • 1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 large egg
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    • 1 1/2 to 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
    • 3 tablespoons strawberry jelly, warmed

    Directions:
    PREHEAT oven to 325° F.

    PLACE evaporated milk, cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and lemon peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust.

    BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with jelly. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

     

    其它各种原材料都可以在超市里买到，jelly需要用采购的果冻粉加沸水调配。Lemon peel这东西太贵了，一小小瓶就要8美元，所以用vanilla extact代替了。因为超级怕甜，就没怎么加糖，最后加的量只有1/8 cup左右吧。放上草莓和果冻，微微的酸味加上派本身浓浓的牛奶味儿～～～喵喵，虽然糖少了点儿可别有一番风味啊

    突然搭上了某根神经～～～

    创世记才看完，不耐烦了旧约，干脆从新约重新开始。瞧到马太福音１４节，突然后知后觉发现了１００多年前就在那里摆着的事实，自己把自己吓了一大跳。和此发现有关的只有如下几句，即施洗者约翰的死：

     
    3 For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife. 
    4 For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her. 
    5 And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet. 
    6 But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and     pleased Herod. 
    7 Whereupon he promised with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask. 
    8 And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger. 
    9 And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at     meat, he commanded it to be given her. 
    10 And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison. 
    11 And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her     mother. 

     

    话说圣经里约翰的数量并不太少，至少对于我这种有一耳朵听一耳朵完全不具备系统的基督教知识的人已经足够造成误判。新约相关的施洗者约翰和十二门徒里那约翰，我从来分得不清不楚，正式明确了两个约翰是不同的人还是我这两天看马太福音的成果。于是乎在仔细看新约之前的n年里，王尔德《莎乐美》里那位约翰一直被我当成圣徒甲或先知甲，作为一个标志符号华丽地无视了 ~~~ 直到以上的几个句子跃入眼帘

     

    愣住，然后发呆，回过神来只能哭笑不得，嘴角抽搐，满脸黑线 - - ||||

     

    谁能告诉我一蓬头垢面衣衫褴褛的苦行僧老头，怎么变成颇有些阴柔气质的美青年？ 无怪我认不出，是这差距实在大。
    遥想百多年前，王尔德大笔一挥，这所谓的原著就被彻彻底底丢在废纸篓里，人物形象全新打造，故事情节极大扩充。幸好圣经也没有原作者和版权，一般作品中的上帝最终话语权的拥有人也例外缺席，没法跳出来叫“乱改啊乱改”，于是剧本写好了上演。当然宗教界人士和虔诚教徒如何愤怒如何痛心，不在讨论之列。

    题外话，以某些派别的观点，圣经神授，这圣经的最权威人士就真是上帝了～～～笑

      

    另及，后来王尔德被打倒肃清永世不得翻身，此篡改原著事件也在那名为公众愤怒的巨大包袱上加了一根稻草么？

    今天是什么日子就不用我说了吧～～～自制蛋糕独自庆祝

       用香草的cake mix加上４个鸡蛋，烤好之后扎了

       n个洞洞，浇上牛奶和cream cheese的混合物。

      牛奶放多了只能薄薄泼一层，看不出来，不过味

      道还挺足的。因为使用全蛋，颜色自然呈黄色。

     

      唉～～～今天完全被人遗忘了啊
      算了，不管那帮没良心的了。自己烤好蛋糕，一 

      边吃着冷鸡肉和黄瓜沙拉，一边独自庆祝离奔三

      十的目标近了一步，也别有一番风味～～～喵
